Reiki healing is a gentle but powerful form of intelligent energy healing which uses the Universal Life Force Energy (ULFE) around us to heal the body, mind and soul. A Reiki practitioner will channel this energy through their hands to you, allowing your body’s natural healing powers to activate itself. The energy flows where it’s most needed so your body can find it’s natural balance again. 1. Purpose of Session Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive energy healing technique used to support relaxation, stress reduction, balance, and overall well-being. It is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. 2. What to Expect During a Reiki session, I may place my hands lightly on or just above your body, following a series of positions to help guide energy flow. You are encouraged to communicate any discomfort, boundaries, or needs at any time.
